The Store
When ordering products from us, we collect your name, mailing address, evening telephone number, and e-mail address in order to know to whom and where to send your purchases. For payment of your purchases, we require your credit card number, the name on the credit card, and expiration date, or a personal cheque or money order. Credit Card Security
We endeavour that every transaction made with us is as secure and safe as possible. You have several payment options by which you can send your credit card information to us: through the on-line ordering mechanism on the web site which is hosted by a third party e-commerce facilitator, by ordinary mail or facsimile. Each of these methods is anticipated to provide you with a secure shopping experience.

For on-line purchases, a third party e-commerce facilitator stores this information on its servers from which we access it and a real person processes your order manually through our non-online banking processes. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of our third party e-commerce facilitator, Storesonline, for more information. Barrage does not store any of your credit card information online, which makes it virtually impossible for your credit card information to be stolen through our web site. The paper record created when we access your order from Storesonline is then stored on our office premises under lock, and retained for 3 years until it is deposed of by shredding.

For mail or fax purchases, the credit card information for your purchase is processed by a real person, and not connected to the Internet in any way. We consistently ensure that your contact information and credit card transactions are secure and safe through the most convenient and efficient methods available.

In the event there are fraudulent or unauthorized charges on your credit card, your bank cannot, by law, hold you liable for any charge over $50. If your bank does hold you liable, Barrage will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50, if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, in purchases made at Barrage while using any of our secure payment options. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
